Terms and Conditions (T&C) of RDGLOW

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using RDGLOW's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using RDGLOW's services.

 

2. Description of Service: RDGLOW, offers websites through a fully digital CMS model with monthly payments and, in special cases, annual payments, aimed at small, medium and large companies. The service includes the design, development, maintenance, and hosting of the website, according to the plans and rates available on the platform.

 

3. Obligations of the User: The user agrees to:

- Provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process.

 - Use RDGLOW's services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- Not to use the services for illegal activities, disseminate offensive content or violate the rights of third parties.

 

4. Payment and Billing: Payments for services provided will be made on a monthly basis, according to the plan selected. The user agrees that the recurring payment will be automatically debited from the payment method provided. If a payment is not successfully processed, RDGLOW may suspend or cancel the service until payment is received.

 

5. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on RDGLOW are the property of RDGLOW and are protected by intellectual property laws in Colombia. You do not acquire ownership rights in these materials by using the Services.

 

6. Limitation of Liability: RDGLOW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the services offered, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or reputation.

 

7. Modifications to Terms: RDGLOW reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective once published on the platform. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts in Colombia.

 

9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes related to RDGLOW's services, the parties agree to resolve them amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties may appeal to the competent courts in Colombia.

 

10. Privacy and Cookies Policy: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user also accepts the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies described therein. RDGLOW uses cookies to improve the user experience on the platform, including essential and performance cookies. Acceptance of these Terms implies automatic consent to Essential Cookies and Performance Cookies, which are necessary to ensure the optimal functioning of the website. 12. Special Offers and Discounts

RDGLOW will be able to offer exclusive discounts on specific dates such as Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day, among other promotional events.

Availability: Promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated in advance on the official RDGLOW platform.

Limitations: Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and will not apply to services already contracted, unless otherwise indicated.

Modifications: RDGLOW reserves the right to cancel or modify these promotions without prior notice, subject to availability and current regulations.

 

13. Sweepstakes and Promotional Activities

RDGLOW may hold raffles and promotional activities to attract new customers and reward the loyalty of existing ones.

Participation: Clients of legal age who meet the requirements established for each activity may participate, which will be communicated in the specific terms of each promotion.

Prizes: Prizes will be subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability: RDGLOW will not be responsible for delays or inconveniences related to the delivery of prizes due to causes beyond its control.

 

14. Social Responsibility

RDGLOW, in line with its values and business vision, is considering allocating a percentage of its annual net profit to social initiatives in the future. These could include:

ü  Promotion of young people with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude.

ü  Participation in other social causes that RDGLOW deems relevant.

The implementation of these initiatives will be evaluated annually, taking into account the financial viability of the company and the strategic priorities of the moment. Any contribution will be communicated through RDGLOW's official channels  and will be subject to the regulations in force in Colombia and in the applicable jurisdictions.

 

15. Independent Promoter Program

RDGLOW offers individuals the opportunity to participate in the Independent Promoter Program. This program does not constitute an employment, contractual or binding relationship of any kind, and does not imply schedules, fixed salaries or social benefits.

Participation: Independent Promoters may promote RDGLOW's services  on their own, in compliance with local laws and the ethical guidelines established by RDGLOW.

Compensation: RDGLOW agrees to grant the Independent Promoter a single percentage of the first payment made by the referred client, in accordance with the regulations in force in Colombia and the client's country. The maximum percentage will be determined by RDGLOW and will comply with applicable legal restrictions.

Exclusions: RDGLOW reserves the right to terminate any promoter's participation in the event of a breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

 

Final Thoughts

International Legality: Although RDGLOW operates under the laws of Colombia, international users are subject to local laws applicable to RDGLOW's promotions, discounts, and activities.

Modifications: These clauses may be updated in the future, and the changes will be communicated in the Terms and Conditions available on our platform.
